First Presbyterian Christian Academy picked up another big road win Tuesday, beating Robert Toombs Christian Academy 75-25 on Tuesday in Lyons.

The Highlanders are now 20-3 overall and 3-0 in Region 2-AA of the Georgia Independent School Association.

"At the end of the first quarter it was a 2-point game," Highlanders coach David Jones said. "But I just don’t know what happened after that. Our kids went on a roll and got things working and things started going bad for the other team."

Jones said the Crusaders, last year’s Class AA state champs, were young and also missing a key player due to injury.

The Highlanders have two more road games. Tonight they face Arlington Christian in Fairburn. Arlington was last season’s Class AA state runner up.

"We played them once before," Jones said. "They’re a real good program and we are going to have our hands full. They played hard against us during the Christmas tournament. And playing on the road we expect a battle."

On Saturday FPCA travels to Furtah Prep.
