The Long County All-Star 10-and-under basketball team recently competed in the Georgia Recreation Park Association District 2 Class C Tournament. Though the boys fell short of taking home a region title, they did have a successful outing by advancing to the second round.
Members of the team are Daniel Edwards, Chandler Howard, Josiah Ansorena-Smith, Twan Pouncey, Jessie Cook, Jacoby Leggell, Justin Thomas and Jake Cooper. The team was coached by Joey Edwards and Justin Thomas.
