Miller making the grades at Ga. State

Former Bradwell Institute kicker David Miller was one of 16 Georgia State University football players named to the Colonial Athletic Association’s academic all-conference team, according to the university’s website.
To be eligible for the honor, a player must be a starter or important reserve and hold a cumulative grade-point average of 3.00 or higher on a 4.00 scale for his entire academic career. The conference recognized 141 student-athletes from its 2012 membership.
Miller joined the program as a freshman in fall 2011. He  was named to the president’s list, signifying a 4.0 GPA, for the spring 2012 semester, along with dean’s list honors for the fall 2011 and fall 2012.
