Bradwell Institute had a rough time on the basketball court Tuesday, as the boys’ and girls’ teams lost to Region 3-AAAAA Effingham County in Springfield.
The Lady Tigers fell, 55-34, to the undefeated Lady Rebels. The Lady Tigers, 6-10 overall and 3-4 in the region, will travel to Brunswick to play Glynn Academy at 6 tonight.

The Tigers had an even tougher night, losing 97-52. Complete stats were not available by press time. The Tigers are 9-7 overall and 5-2 in the region, while the Rebels are No. 2 in the region behind Jenkins. Bradwell is in third place. The Tigers tip off at Glynn Academy tonight after the girls’ game.
