Bradwell’s soccer teams dropped their games against Windsor Forest on Tuesday at Olvey Field.
The Lady Tigers lost, 7-1, and the Tigers fell, 1-0.
Lady Tiger Jasmine Williams scored a goal in the first half of play to tie the game, 1-1. But the Lady Knights knocked in six more goals in the second half.
Junior Alicia McCray was credited with fancy footwork in stealing the ball away from the Lady Knights. Kay Soto and Jessica Puckett made several defensive saves to clear the ball away from the Lady Tigers’ net, but the Lady Knights aggressively attacked the Tigers’ third of the field.
The Tiger boys held strong, but allowed one goal to the Knights that proved to be the difference.
According to eurosportscoreboard.com, the Lady Tigers are 0-3 overall and 0-1 in Region 3-AAAAA. The boys are 4-2 overall and hold a 1-2 region mark.
