The racers take the track tonight at Oglethorpe Speedway in the final run to determine the overall champion in each division of the Pooler Pawn and Diamond Company 440 Special, the Southern Eagle Budweiser Late Models, Love’s Seafood Street Stocks, Two Nuts and a Bolt Garage Pure Stocks and the Savannah Go Minis Mini Stocks.
On Aug. 26-27 OSP will feature the Truck and Tractor pull.
Aug. 31 will be the eighth annual Race for the Shrine presented by the Alee Shriners. NASCAR’s David Ragan is scheduled to race and later sign autographs.
Coming in October is the Showdown Savannah race scheduled for Oct. 6-7. Oct. 28-29 the United Sprint Car series hits the dirt track.
