Low Country Radio wants to pack Chili’s Monday night with Bradwell and Liberty County High football fans, to kick off each team in the playoffs.

The team that has the most fans in attendance will receive a $200 donation to its Touchdown Club.

A prize headcount will be taken at 7:30 p.m.  For fans to be included in the prize headcount, they must meet the following criteria:

• Have team colors on.

• Make a food order.

• Can only be counted for one team.

• The team winner must have at least 10 fans in attendance.

• Students, fans, coaches, players are included.

At press time, playoff opponents and location were to-be-announced.

“We just want to help this make this town a big time high school football town,” said Bradwell Institute football announcer Charlie Moon.

“Both programs are on a roll and local media coverage is part of building a program. Right now, we only broadcast Bradwell games, but would love to air Liberty games. We’re going to need some support for both streams. The Howells have been gracious enough to gift us this outlet, so we need to take advantage of it.”

Moon also hosts “The Coach’s Show,” along with John Wood, Tim Melhorn, BI Intern James Wells and BI color analyst Josh LaMotte. It has aired all season long, every Monday at 7 p.m., live from Chilis.

Every week they talk to Bradwell’s Ross Couch, Liberty’s Kirk Warner and Long County’s JT Pollock.

They’ve had other guests, such as WSAV’s Greg Talbot, Liberty County School Superintendent Franklin Perry, BI AD Ken Griffin and others.
