On April 8, First Preparatory Christian Academy baseball player James Osteen smacked three home runs in FPCA’s 18-1 win over Habersham School. The three homers broke the school’s record that was held by the Highlanders’ current assistant baseball coach and former FPCA student and player, James Arnold.

Arnold was coaching at third base when Osteen knocked his third homer over the fence.

The FPCA team is 10-9 overall and 4-2 in the Georgia Independent School Association region 2-AA, which is second place.

The Highlanders were set to play against McKinley yesterday and will play against Greenfield today at noon.
