Liberty County gave up only four hits in two games Thursday, hosting Windsor Forest in a Region 3-AAAA doubleheader.

The Panthers won both shortened games 15-0 and 13-0, respectively.

In game one, Colby Rhea pitched a no-hitter striking out nine Knights in three innings.

Aric Albertson went 2 for 3 with 3 RBIs. Hunter Miller was 2 for 3 with 2 RBIs. And Dylan Gamble was 1 for 2 with 2 RBIs. Panthers Jacari Roberts, Tanner Windler, Rhea, Matt Williams and Jacob Albertson had an RBI each.

Liberty ran up four runs in the first and second, and seven runs in the third inning.

In game two, Liberty maintained the momentum, scoring two in the first inning. In the second, the Panthers went on a spree, scoring 11 runs.

The Knights never answered despite getting four hits.

Aric Albertson pitched two innings with five strikeouts. He gave up one hit. Williams pitched two innings, walking two and getting three strikeouts. He gave up three hits. Vincent Brunelli pitched an inning getting two strikeouts.

Liberty is 6-8 overall and 2-4 in region play. The Panthers play at Savannah Country Day at 5 p.m. Tuesday and at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Portal.
