The Long County Diamond Club will host its third annual Long County Baseball Golf Tournament on Aug. 8 at the Cherokee Rose Country Club in Hinesville.

Football discount cards are on sale
Bradwell Institute football players are selling discount cards to raise funds for the upcoming season. The cards are $20 each and can be used at retailers and businesses for discounts or free items.

Henry ‘Hank’ White golf tourney set for Aug. 1
The committee of the Henry “Hank” White Memorial Scholarship Fund has scheduled its 11th annual golf tournament for 9 a.m. Aug. 1 at Cherokee Rose Country Club in Hinesville. The entrance fee is $60 per player or $240 per team.
Sponsorships range from hole sponsorships of $100, gold sponsors for $340 and major sponsors for $500.
