Liberty County basketball player Davion Mitchell is ranked number 34 overall among the top 150 Class of 2017 prospects, according to rivals.com. Mitchell is a four-star recruit, according to the updated list released in time for July evaluations. During this period college coaches are allowed to evaluate prospects at NCAA sanctioned events.
