Four Bradwell Tiger soccer players and three Tiger baseball players were named to their respective Region 3-AAAAA All-Region teams.

Junior standout David Miller was named to the boys’ All-Region team and Rebekah Smith, Allyson Burrill and Kayla DeJesus were named to the girls’ first team.

Assistant Tiger football coach Jeff Miller said he was extremely proud of his son’s accomplishments.

"Everything he accomplished he worked hard for," he said. "He’s always trying to improve by working hard in the weight room. He splits his time in two sports and I think it’s great he’s made All-Region in football and soccer the last two years in a row."

Miller won the soccer team’s 2010 offensive player of the year earlier this month at the soccer team’s annual banquet. The boys’ soccer team finished the season 7-7.

On the baseball diamond Tiger Zach Hawkins was chosen to the first team outfield while Josh Driggers and Eran Hodge were named to the second team as catcher and pitcher, respectively.

"I’m excited for Zach and Eran," Tiger baseball coach Rhett Hellgren said. "They’ve both been in the program for four years and I’m happy to see them get some recognition for their hard work. Josh will be back for one more year, and I’m happy for him and maybe he’ll make the first team next year."

Driggers will return to the Tigers’ diamond as a senior catcher next season. The Tigers were 9-18 overall and 7-5 in the region.
