Tigers to open region slate at Glynn

The Bradwell Institute Tigers will head to Brunswick on Friday night to open the Region 1-AAAAA schedule against Glynn Academy.

The Tigers are 1-1 and coming off an open week, following a 40-7 loss to Westover in Albany. The Red Terrors are 1-1 after a 31-12 loss against Richmond Hill. The Red Terrors opened the season with a 16-10 victory over Wayne County.

Trent Lawless ran for a touchdown and threw for another as the Red Terrors opened a 12-6 lead on the Wildcats, but Richmond Hill rolled up 420 yards rushing and blanked Glynn Academy for the final three quarters of the game.

Kickoff at Glynn County Stadium is set for 7:30 p.m.
