Bradwell Institute placed three players on the all-Region 1-AAAAA football first team, in voting by region coaches.
Selected to the first team were running back Wade Cobb, wide receiver Tyon Jones and offensive lineman Joseph Morris.
Running back Jacobi Pasley was chosen to the second team, along with defensive linemen Dominic Manzaranes and T.J. Tigner and linebacker Dayvion Tillman.
Senior tight end Braelon Brock was named to the honorable mention list.
Lakeside-Evans senior quarterback Ty Jones was named region player of the year. Brunswick senior linebacker J’Shawn Towns was named defensive player of the year, and Effingham County junior quarterback Tucker Perkins was named offensive player of the year. Greenbrier senior Ryan Clayborn was named region special teams of the player of the year.
Coach of the year was Brunswick’s Garrett Grady.
