Video : 21 Savage turned himself in, in response to warrant

Shayaa Joseph also known as, 21 Savage was booked into Liberty County jail around 9 a.m. this morning. He was booked on theft by deception and granted a recognizance bond shortly after.
According to Lt. Chris Reed, a citizen had booked Savage for a concert in 2016 at Bo'maz and paid him $17,000 to perform. When Savage failed to perform, the citizen who booked him went to the magistrate court and was granted a warrant for theft by deception.
