Abigail Elise McDowell was born to Megan and Matthew McDowell at 12:27 p.m. on  Sept. 7. Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Abigail weighed 6 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 20 inches.
She is the maternal granddaughter of Russell and Monika Hillberg and Alison and Steve Carter and the paternal granddaughter of Katherine and Darryl McDowell.
