Cooper Jaxson Mobley was born to Dorothea and Chris Mobley at 8:23 a.m. on  Sept. 7. Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Cooper weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 21 inches.
He is the maternal grandson of  Wayne and Dorothea Dittmar and the paternal grandson of  David and Cindy Thornton.
