Dominique Jamya Williams was born on Feb. 23, at 8:16 a.m. to J. Darae’tte Graham of Hallsboro, N.C. and Donteau J. Williams of Key West, Fla. She was born at Liberty Regional Medical Center and weighed 7 pounds and measured 18-1/2 inches. Her maternal grandparents are Jeratha Johnson and Herbert Graham of Hallsboro, N.C. and her paternal grandparents are Garfree and Rozell Foster Sr. of Key West. She is welcomed by her sister, Onyae Graham.
