Hannah I’liyah Tigner was born at 12:09 p.m. June 29 to Tieyon Tigner of Hinesville and Stedman Strickland of Glennville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Hannah weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce and measured 20 inches.
The baby’s grandparents are Patricia Davis, Ann Strickland and Sallie Tigner, all of Glennville.
The baby also is welcomed by brother Damari Tigner.
