Jayell Jeremy Lance Lewis was born at 8 a.m. Oct. 25 to Diona Michelle Kizer and Jeremy Lewis of Hinesville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Jayell weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 19 ½ inches.
He is the maternal grandson of Don and Yolanda Kizer of Hinesville. He is the paternal grandson of Otis and Vickie Rockmore of Macon.
The baby also is welcomed by sister Sarenity L. Cartagena and brother Lance D.J. Kizer.
