Savannah Hope Bell was born on Dec. 29 at 5:16 p.m. to Shasta Mooers of Houlton Maine and Jamey Bell of Swainsboro. She was born at Liberty Regional Medical Center and weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 19 inches. Her maternal grandparents are Calvin and Corinne Mooers of Houlton, ME, and her paternal grandparents are Doyle and Robbie Bell of Swainsboro. She is welcomed by her sisters, Paden, Chloe and Jocelyn, and her brothers, Bailey and Timothy.
