Drivers in Richmond Hill can expect nighttime lane closures at the crossroads through the rest of the week.
Temporary lane closures on Highway 17 at the intersection of 144 will be in place from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Friday as weather permits, according to the state Department of Transportation. The closure will affect both the north and southbound left turn lanes.
The DOT reminds drivers that the closed lanes will be work zones and are urged to use extreme caution and reduced speeds when traveling through the zones.
