The Rev. Jack and Terri Yarbrough of Hinesville proudly announce the engagement of their daughter Jennifer Yarbrough to Richard Knopf of Barnwell, S.C.
He is the son of Rachael Knopf and the late Mac A. Knopf of Barnwell.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Liberty County High School and a 2007 graduate of Georgia Southern University. She is employed as a middle school teacher.
Her maternal grandparents are Reginald and Patricia Walters of Miami. Her paternal grandparents are Gladys Yarbrough and the late Arnel Yarbrough of Gum Branch.
The groom-elect’s maternal grandparents are Fannie Varnadore and the late Adam Varnadore of Great Falls, S.C. His paternal grandparents are Idoma Knopf and the late William Knopf of Barnwell.
He is a 2001 graduate of Barnwell High School and a 2007 graduate of Aiken Technical College. He is a member of the U.S. Army.
The wedding is at 7:30 p.m. June 9, 2007 at Celebration Castle on Elim Church Road in Gum Branch with the Rev. Jim Rogers officiating. A reception will follow at 8 p.m.
