Editor, Could anyone possibly consider “Doonesbury” to be a comic strip? I found the strip on Oct. 12 to be very offensive. No, family values is not a dead issue for Republicans. Perhaps those with no sin can cast stones, but who will that be? I suggest that you move the “Doonesbury” strip to the editorial page where it belongs or, better still, delete it from the paper.
America is at a crossroads. All concerned citizens need to get out and vote, prayerfully considering the choices we make on Nov. 4.
