Long County sets time for physicals
Long County High School will offer free physicals to rising ninth-graders and high-school students who plan to participate in any extra-curricular activities in the next school year.
The physicals will be given from 3:15 p.m.-5:15 p.m. Monday, April 23, in the high school gym.
Students must be in line by 5:15 p.m. in order to receive the physical.
Student-athletes must bring the correct physical form, with a parent’s signature on page 1 and the student’s name at the top of all pages.
Physical forms can be picked up in the athletic director’s office or downloaded from the school website.
Student-athletes must have an up-to-date physical on file at the school before they are allowed to participate in any summer team activities.
Optim Orthopedics is providing this service to the Long County student-athletes.
