LCRD spring deadline Friday

The registration deadline for many spring sports at Liberty County Recreation Department is Friday.
Track & field is for Liberty Countians who turn 7 and do not turn 15 prior to Jan. 1. Age divisions are 7-8, 9-10, 11-12 and 13-14 for boys and girls. Practices start in early March and meets begin in late March. The cost is $20 per participant.
LCRD youth volleyball is for children ages 10-15, and the fee is $20 per child. The adult program is for teens, 16 and older, and adults. The cost for adult team entries is $150 per team. Practices will start in early March, and matches will begin in late March.
LCRD soccer is for residents who are ages 4-14 as of Aug. 1. The fee is $30 for ages 4-7 and $45 for ages 8-14. Games start in March and end in April.
Adult soccer is for residents ages 16 and older. The fee is $150 per team. The program will start in early March and end in late April. For information, call 876-5359.
