YMCA sports set
Registration for the YMCA flag football and soccer programs begins today and is open to ages 3 and up. For more information call 368-9622

5K fundraiser planned
The first Squash for Josh 5K and 1-mile run will be held Sept. 22 in J.F. Gregory Park in Richmond Hill.  
The race is in memory of Joshua Moore, who was fatally shot March 9, 2011, during an altercation in Midway.
The 5K will start at 9 a.m. and the 1-mile run will start at 9:15 a.m.
Racers can register online at Active.com for $15 per person before Sept. 18. Race-day registrations are cash only and cost $20 per person. Organizers are accepting donations and sponsorships.  Sponsors will have their companies logos placed on T-shirts. Race-day volunteers are also needed. Softball workouts set
The Bradwell Lady Tigers softball team will have summer conditioning from 6-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday at the Lady Tiger’s softball field. Girls entering grades 8-12 are welcome to attend.
Participants must have a current sports physical to attend. Bring tennis shoes and a water bottle.

Learn Jiu-Jitsu
Wolf Pack Jiu Jitsu training is open for ages 8 and older. Classes for ages 8-12 are 5:30-6:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays; ages 13 and older are from 6:30-7:30 p.m.
