This year's Blue & BBQ will be Sept. 20 in downtown Hinesville.

The Hinesville Area Arts Council has finalized the entertainment schedule for the 11th annual Blues & BBQ Festival, set for 1-11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, in downtown Hinesville.
The opening acts will perform from 1-4 p.m., and the headliners will perform from 4-11 p.m.
Performers scheduled for the main event are Jimmy Wayne Renfro and the HouseShakers, Bobby G and 3rd Class Citizens.
Jimmy Wayne Renfro and the HouseShakers produce boogie, blues, soul mixed with Southern rock and country. Renfro grew up in Hinesville and played guitar in the Bradwell Institute jazz band. His bio states that he has had a musical instrument in his hands since the age of 2.
Bobby G has toured worldwide and appeared with performers such as B.B. King and Frijid Pink (House of the Rising Sun). His group, the Bobby G. Band, with members Eddie E. on bass and Gary Guzzardo, former drummer for The Marshall Tucker Band, has won numerous awards.
A local favorite in Southeast Georgia, 3CC has won the iShowcase Music Competition in Jacksonville, Florida, and was nominated for band of the year at the 2014 Georgia Country Awards, according to the group’s website. They released their first EP, “Ride With Me,” in April and are working on a full-length album to be released later this year.
Local bands Exit 76, Kickin’ Up Dust and the Coey Jones Band are in the lineup for the opening acts.
