Isabelle Heaven Cooper was born at 12:16 p.m. July 30 to Tennisia and Eric Cooper of Hinesville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Isabelle weighed 7 pounds, 7.5 ounces and measured 18.25 inches.
The baby is welcomed by sister Gabrielle Bussell and brothers Aiden Candelaria and Brigham Roberts.
