Israel Josiah Perr was born at 2:05 p.m. Sept. 24 to Chloe and Joshua Perr of Hinesville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Israel weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 19 inches.
The baby’s maternal grandparents are Michael and Oybeil Brouillard of Hinesville. The baby’s paternal grandparents are Matthew and Jacqueline Perr of Madison, Ala.
The baby also is welcomed by Gabriel Alexander Perr.
