Lylianna Isabella Francis was born at 6:52 a.m. Dec. 21 to Liza J. Francis of Miami and Mark S. Francis of Kingston, Jamaica.

Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Lylianna weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 19 inches.

Her maternal grandparents are Carlos and Monica Herazo of Panama City, Panama, and her paternal grandparents are Percival Francis and Lydia White of Kingston.

She is also welcomed by brothers J.J. and R.J. Francis.
