Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Qu’Liah weighed 7 pounds, 1.5 ounces and measured 18.5 inches.
The baby is welcomed by sisters Qy’Nasia Roberts and Qy’Dasia LeCounte and brother Qu’Torrian LeCounte.
