Saylor Annelise Hope Frasier was born at 3:49 a.m. July 16 to Shelly Carpenter and Justin Frasier of Hinesville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Saylor weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and measured 19.25 inches.
The baby is welcomed by maternal grandmother Pamela Howie of Hinesville and paternal grandparents Charles and Shirley Frasier of Hinesville.
She also is welcomed by brothers Breyen and Jaylin.
