The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce will host Walter Reeves, the Georgia Gardener, at the Progress Through People Luncheon at noon Thursday, Oct. 24, at the Liberty County Performing Arts Center in Flemington.
Reeves hosts “The Lawn and Garden Show,” a radio call-in show on NewsTalk WSB every Saturday morning. Reeves also manages www.walterreeves.com, which contains more than 7,000 articles and answers to garden questions. In addition, he edits and publishes “The Georgia Gardener” biweekly email newsletter.
