Charzetta R. Quarterman, a graduate of Liberty County High School and a senior justice-study major at Georgia Southern University, spoke at the 22nd annual New Member Recognition Event for the Golden Key Honour Society on Nov. 16. Quarterman is the social director of the Golden Key.
