Dr. C. Alan Scott, the medical director of the emergency department at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro, is appearing in two episodes of “Untold Stories of the ER” this summer.
Scott appears as himself in the television series, a docudrama in its ninth year of production that dramatizes interesting and unique emergency room cases.
The first episode, “Skewered Skydivers,” aired Friday but will run again at 9 p.m. Aug. 2 on The Learning Channel.
Scott’s second episode will air at 9 p.m. Aug. 8 on Discovery Fit and Health and 9 p.m. Aug. 23 on TLC.
Scott and his wife, Krista,
divide their time between Statesboro and Colonels Island.
