Here are some of the isssues that area residents are discussing. The statements were phoned in anonymously, so the Courier does not vouch for their veracity, nor do we know what motivated the callers:

Come on, Walsh, Savannah High? When was the last time Savannah High beat Bradwell? Give me a break.

I just think that if you are a city official and you carry a badge, that you should have honesty and integrity when doing your job properly, and not in an intimidating and misused conduct manner.

I’ve been flagged down twice by a city official for personal harassment issues, instead of a legitimate protocol pullover, and this person didn’t write me a ticket but used his authority in such a manner to get me to pull over for personal chaotic discussion.

You don’t have to marry a person just because they ask you to marry them. And stalking is an illegal act, and it doesn’t matter who you are.

I’m just curious: Is it morally right for someone that works for the city of Ludowici Water Department to write a personal check to pay a police officer’s water bill so that his water can be returned to service? I was just curious if that’s morally right.
