The fourth annual Savannah Book Festival is set for Feb. 18-20 in downtown Savannah and will include a caliber of authors and range of topics.
Some of the coming highlights include award-winning memoirist Tobias Wolff, famed Southern novelist Lee Smith, bestselling author Sandra Brown, former University of Georgia coach Karl Marlantes, master gardener Vince Dooley and more.
The mission of the Savannah Book Festival is to promote reading, writing and civil conversation. The Savannah Book Festival Inc. is an independent nonprofit led by a volunteer board of directors. Festival organizers are committed to the event remaining free to the public and to celebrating the written word and its role in improving the human experience.
