This year the 28th annual Fall Wildlife Festival is from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, in Rye Patch.
The festival will include a tribute to the late Terry Gordon. Gordon, who was known for his community service and for his legendary rendition of “God Bless America,” died earlier this year.
The event will also have a catfish rodeo, a moon walk, a turkey shoot, pony rides, a pig chase, a gun raffle, food, entertainment and more.
Families are welcome and there is no admission charge. Booth rentals are still available. For more information, call Becky Fowler at 545-2167 or 610-5784 or Beverly Johnson at 258-1108.
