Five people hurt in Friday night wreck in Long County
Four people were injured in a head-on collision Friday night
on Highway 196 in Long County. According to Georgia State Patrol Trooper Christopher Ashdown, a white Chevy
Impala was traveling west bound on Highway 196 near Post Oak Road. A black
Chevy Traverse was traveling east bound and attempted to pass another vehicle
in the west bound travel lane when both vehicles collided head on.
