“This will be my first year collaborating with the Liberty Melting Pot of Art members for a fun-filled day at Bradwell Park,” said Kenya Romero, Main Street Program manager/downtown events, Hinesville Downtown Development Authority. “Downtown Hinesville is filled with talent and local charm. I would like to invite anyone who has not had the opportunity to shop and eat locally to do so while enjoying art. The Hinesville Downtown Authority will also be hosting the 2nd Saturday Block Party starting 7 to 10 p.m. We want everyone to experience Hinesville and city motto is ‘Home for a Day or a Lifetime.’” The Old Liberty County Jail serves as a historic museum and art gallery. The Liberty Melting Pot of Art members provide tours and information about the historic site and Liberty County. Additionally, the artists are responsible for scheduling art exhibits year-round.
