The Hinesville Area Board of Realtors held it’s annual basket auction Oct. 15 at Coastal EMC in Midway.
The auction, performed by Matt Mattingly, raised $5,148 to help with community service projects next year. Some past projects that have been supported through the basket auction are Relay for Life, and humane society and Manna House events.
Local real estate brokers and affiliates provided 37 baskets, which each had themes and were filled with merchandise, treats and gift certificates.
Realtors and members participated spirited bidding.
Jones, Osteen and Jones sponsored the luncheon and provided the meal.
