Shane’s Rib Shack opened its Hinesville eatery last Thursday and manager Shane Burke, whose name is not connected to the business, said business has been brisk and steady. “We expected a good turnout, but it’s been a bit more than we expected,” he said. “It seems everybody in town loves it so we are trying to give them what they want.” The complete story is in Friday's Coastal Courier.
