SouthCoast Health has added Dr. Caroline Kaufman Freeman, an optometrist who is a graduate of the University of Georgia, to its team of physicians.

She will see patients at 1326 Eisenhower Drive, Building One, in Savannah and at 455 S. Main St., Suite 201, in Hinesville.

A native of Texas, Freeman received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She majored in biology as an undergraduate at UGA Georgia.

She comes to SouthCoast Health from Vision Source Boutique in Houston,Texas.

"We are excited to add another talented young physician to our eye care group," SouthCoast Health Administrator John Marrero said. "SouthCoast Health is committed to offering our patients a diverse group of services, and adding to our eyecare group will help contribute to our patients’ total wellness."
