Representatives of LongHorn Steakhouse said they are postponing the grand opening of their new Hinesville location for one week. The delay was precautionary after several newly hired staff reported having the flu.

Participants who were signed up to be a part of the kitchen and serving test days should have received a call notifying them of new test dates.

The grand opening celebration will take place March 6. The new grand opening time is tentatively set for 3 p.m.
