Realtor Kathy Villafane of Keller Williams Realty recently was awarded the “Graduate, Realtor Institute” designation by the Georgia and National Associations of Realtors.

Villafane, a member of the Hinesville Area Board of Realtors, completed the 90-hour curriculum required to achieve the designation by attending an instructional series that covered a variety of subjects including contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction.

The Realtor Institute is designed to educate practitioners about local, state and national real estate practices that affect them, their clients and customers.
