Chamber cuts ribbon on Harbor Oaks Counseling

The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce joined Harbor Oaks Counseling Center on Wednesday, August 26, to celebrate the business’s grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The event brought together family members, Chamber staff, board members, community leaders, and local supporters. During the ceremony, Charles and Melinda Bower welcomed guests and expressed gratitude to the staff, volunteers, and supporters, whose dedication and encouragement helped bring the vision to life.

“Small businesses like Harbor Oaks Counseling Center play an important role in strengthening our community,” said Leah Poole, president and CEO of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce. “We are proud to celebrate this milestone and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will continue to make in Hinesville and throughout Liberty County.”
