Dzuricky earns promotion to CW5

Hinesville native Tameka L. Dzuricky was promoted recently to chief warrant officer 5 in a ceremony at Fort Gregg-Adams, Va.

CW5 Dzuricky entered military service on September 9, 1997. She attended basic combat training at Fort Jackson, S.C. and advanced individual training at Fort Gregg-Adams, Va., as a 92Y, unit supply specialist. In 2006, she was accessed into the warrant officer cohort as a property accounting technician.

Her previous assignments include 94th Engineer Battalion, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri; 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado; 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kansas; 3rd Security Force Assistance Brigade, Fort Cavazos, Texas; and HHC, Combined Arms Support Command, Fort Gregg-Adams. She deployed to Pakistan (2002), Iraq (2005-06, 2007-09), Afghanistan (2011-12, 2019-20) and Kuwait (2013).

CW5 Dzuricky served as a battalion property book officer, brigade property book officer, and division asset visibility officer and GCSS-Army Capabilities Developer in Enterprise Systems Directorate.

She is a graduate of the Warrant Officer Senior Staff Course; Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Course; Warrant Officer Advanced Course (honor graduate) and Warrant Officer Basic Course (distinguished honor graduate). Her technical training includes Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and Industry Based Broadening Logistics (IB2 LOG) Program. Her awards and decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (sixth award), Army Commendation Medal (fifth award) and the Army Achievement Medal (fifth award), Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Inherent Resolve Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, NCO Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Army Overseas Service Ribbon, NATO Medal and the Distinguished Order of St. Martin.

CW5 Dzuricky holds a bachelor of arts in liberal arts with a minor in early childhood development from Columbia College. She is married (Matthew) and has one daughter (Madisyn).
