The deadline for parents to complete a survey for the Liberty County School System’s reaccreditation process ends Thursday, October 15.
Parent feedback is a major component of the process. The parents of children enrolled in LCSS schools are highly encouraged to participate and complete the accreditation survey from AdvancEd. AdvancEd is a non-profit, non-partisan school accreditation organization that merged with Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and other accreditation, school improvement organizations.
Sonja Duncan, executive director of special programs, said that parent feedback is very important and wants parent input to help improve the school system, student achievement and school curriculum.
