Long County Middle and Walker Elementary schools hosted a Veterans Day celebration for veteran family members and their students Nov. 11. With more than 150 adults present, the celebration included patriotic music performed by the Long County Middle School Band, the Pledge of Allegiance led by student-council students and a breakfast from the cafeteria staff.
